This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law (“Entrant”). You may not participate if you are not a legal U.S. resident and physically located within the U.S. at the time of entry. Individuals employed by Potluck Productions (“Sponsor”), its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or judges (collectively “Contest Parties”) at any time during the Contest Period, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
ORIGINAL WORK: All Contest essays must be original works. Entrant represents and agrees that its Contest Entry will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including by way of example and not by limitation, any copyright, trademark or patent rights belonging to any third party. JUDGING:
Winners will be selected by a panel of Sponsor’s Managers on or around the 10th of the month following contest entry from all eligible entries received by the dates specified above, based equally upon the following criteria: originality and creative use of the “Golden Rules of Party Planning” set forth by host Shelby Phillips. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all participants. The odds of being a winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. In the event of a tie a “tie-breaker” judge will determine the winners from among all such tied entries using the judging criteria above. The decisions of the Sponsors and judges will be final and binding on all matters.
